The Twine & Barrel winter menu has been carefully designed by our very talented Head Chef, Chris Hemsworth who has recently taken over the kitchen at Twine and Barrel.
Having over 15 years’ experience in the Kitchen, spending time working at some of Britain’s top hotel restaurants, including the world famous Savoy Grill by Gordan Ramsey. Chris will be combining his extensive knowledge and experience in both fine dining and Grill cookery with his passion for Fresh produce.
A Yorkshire lad himself, he champions high quality, local ingredients, designing his menus around food that is seasonal and delicious, devoting himself to the farm to table ethos.
